4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. To be eligible, the service must not have exceeded twenty (20) active monitoring sessions.

Process: To initiate a refund, contact our support team via the contact form with your purchase details, including transaction ID and date of purchase.

Timeline: Once your request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Customized consulting services, setup fees, and any services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Partial Refunds: In cases where a partial service has been rendered, we reserve the right to issue a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the service.
